Week of Peace Donation Instructions

If you want your $50 Passport to be directed to help teach peace pay for the expenses of offering the Week of Peace, you do not need to complete this form. teach peace is the default recipient for Passport purchases.

If you want part of or all of the $50 to go to another organization, you must return the original Passport along with a completed Donation Instruction Form. Both the Passport and Donation Instruction Form must be sent to teach peace, 3409 Tanager Avenue, Davis, CA 95616 and postmarked by November 7, 2006. All fields must be completed in order for the donation to be processed.

The above information on the peace organization to receive the donation is necessary as otherwise we may send a donation intended for a local chapter to a national headquarters, etc.

The bottom line on the rules for our Week of Peace donations is this. We will do our best to help organizations receive the funds when the Passport is returned along with the donation instruction form. We reserve the right to handle situations where incomplete information exists or when a situation arises that violates our guiding principles. If you follow the process and select a 501(c)(3) organization then sometime in November the organization will receive a check from teach peace.
