A Teach Peace Moment - Andrew Meyer's Arrest (continued)

Andrew Meyer took 90 seconds to ask three questions in a public session with John Kerry. His microphone was shut off when he asked John Kerry "Were you in the same secret society as Bush? Are you in Skull & Bones?" Meyers is asking valid questions as people have wondered if Kerry quickly conceded because of something the public does not know (e.g., his oath of lifetime loyalty Skull & Bones, etc.).

As background, The Order of Skull and Bones is one of the oldest secret societies in the United States. It was once known as The Brotherhood of Death because it performed occult rituals at "The Tomb" and required members to swear allegiance to worldly power. Member benefits include a lifetime network of associates in powerful positions. A key binding secret is believed to be a secrecy requirement where violation is punishable with the member's murder. When asked about Skull & Bones, members are taught to "walk away" when possible. If this is not possible members will often make a joke about it being so secret that they do not even know what is going on.

Skull and Bones is located at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. Founded in 1832, the society now includes both men and women. The Russell Trust Association owns its properties and oversees student activities. Many members of Skull & Bones have worked for the CIA.

On April 14, 2001, New York Observer reporter Ron Rosenbaum secretly filmed an occult ritual at "The Tomb."
