Must Watch Movies!
Click here or use the above menu for all the films! Please note in the lower right hand section of many movies you can access controls to turn on and off captions. You can also make movies "full screen size" by selecting the available option. For example, Google sourced films require you to select "Go to Google" in the lower right section and then from Google click on the full screen button. Want to Teach Peace? Plan a house party! Below are 7 easy steps to host a house party. Step 1 - Give us a call at 530-204-7227 and we will help you with any questions that you have.
Step 2 - Show the movie (popcorn, water and other snacks are nice but don't feel you need to do anything other than show the movie).
Step 3 - After the movie, ask people to be prepared to answer in a few sentences "what part of the movie impacted them the most or was surprising new information." Before they answer, announce a short break.
Step 4 - Restart the discussion and ask people to comment on the question: "What part of the movie impacted you the most or was surprising new information?
Step 5 - After each person answers, continue with an open format discussion for 15 minutes (feel free to go longer if your guests would like to continue the discussion).
Step 6 - Ask attendees to Take Action. A great first step is to join Teach Peace and call us at 530-204-7227 to get involved in a way that brings joy and is guaranteed to make a difference.
Step 7 - Please send an e-mail or call us to let us know how your house party went. We keep track of Teach Peace activities as part of our annual scorecard.
