Peace is not puzzling and can be achieved by working for freedom. Specifically, freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom from want, and freedom from fear.
The path to peace is: Define Needed Changes > Educate (Awareness) > Take Action > Effect Change
Teach Peace provides a path to peace for: Children > Youth > Adults > Individuals > Communities > Nations > The World
Define Needed Changes Includes: Stop the policies and trends that increase poverty and restrict the four freedoms. Spread of truth and the use of united action to produce a world where millions of lives can no longer be extinguished in a few minutes through war or environmental tragedies. Educate Includes: Teach Peace Did You Know & What To Do, Online Videos & Articles, Speakers Bureau, Links to Freedom, and Evening of Peace. Take Action Includes: Stand Up For Peace program, supporting legislation to prevent and end wars like the US Department of Peace, and hold leaders accountable for their actions. Create programs that foster life and design best practices like the Week of Peace to enable peace organizations to increase their power and success. Effect Change Transform fragmented peace efforts into powerful voices that are not only heard; they actually bring about changes like: See each person as equally important. End the occupation of Iraq. Abolish all nuclear weapons. Reverse global warming. Free people to worship as they choose. Enable people to speak the truth as they see it without the fear of reprisal. Enable people to live with dignity by redirecting military funds for life sustaining programs.
